There are tons of productivity tools but none like Notion. Initially I didn’t start using notion even though I knew about it because I felt it was too complex for a mere note taking app. It took some time before I could see the real beauty of it. I am sure you will feel the same.

⭐ Features

  • You can directly copy paste any media files from your local computer or any remote file under 5MB if you are in free plan. You can go for subscription if you want more features.
  • You can embed any remote file link considering it is accessible for everyone.
  • You can create workspace and add members to it.
  • You can do all these. Create page within page, toggle list, link of another page, inline mathematical equations, emojis, code snippets, tables, task progress boards, timeline charts, gallery tables, calendar and embed any links.
  • Tons of ready made professional templates to pick. Check out here.
Few Ready made Notion templates
  • You can import data from a variety of places
You can import data into Notion from these many options
  • Table is very customizable, you can add any number of columns with different data types. Few of the data types are text, number, date, select, multi-select, person, media, checkbox, URL, email, phone and formula.
  • Notion even provides API for you to automate your stuff.

🧍 My personal way of using Notion

  • I use Notion for all my notes and content creation.
  • I use it to keep track of all my project ideas, stock trading and my finances.
  • I create todos and set reminders on them. You can set reminders as well.
  • Sharing notes is really easy, you can create a public link and share it among your friends.
  • I spend most of my time on laptop and I like the desktop version of the app better than mobile version. I feel mobile version is little laggy and it hinders the complete usage of Notion.

Option to customize is what makes Notion shine. Possibilities are limitless. Hope this content helped you.
